When invited to submit any material to votemonitor.net (VVMN) (including text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant VVMN a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights for your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution. If you do not want to grant to VVMN the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to votemonitor.net.

You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

• disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;
• transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice in your or any other jurisdiction;
• interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site; or
• making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.

You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this requirement.

By submitting information through the Site you agree and acknowledge that while we may contact you in response to the information you provide, we are not obliged to provide you with any particular product or services.
